Delivery Options

UK Mainland 7 Working Day Delivery

Our standard carriage cost is £3.95 for a delivery service which takes approximately 7 working days to mainland United Kingdom addresses. (For the purposes of this service working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.) Please note that is a non guaranteed service, and should be used for non urgent items. Goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class Post or our couriers equivalent service.

UK Mainland 2-3 Working Day Delivery

Our carriage cost is £5.95 for a 2-3 working day delivery service to mainland United Kingdom addresses. (For the purposes of this service working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.) Please note that is a non guaranteed service. Goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Post or our couriers equivalent service.

Next Day Delivery

If your party goods are required urgently for a particular event they can be dispatched via a guaranteed delivery service using Royal Mail or our courier on a next day basis for a cost of £7.95. The order needs to be with us before 1pm to ensure delivery the next working day. The service is a signed for service and operates Monday-Friday during normal office hours.

Saturday Delivery

Please note that non of the above options are guaranteed for delivery on a Saturday. Please contact us via telephone on 01202-764821 if your order is required for a Saturday delivery. There is a surcharge for this option.

Date Of Your Event

Please let us know if the goods are required by a certain date. Please also let us know if your order can be left with a neighbour if you are not in to receive it.                                                                       

If for any reason we cannot deliver the order in time, we will contact you and you will then have the option to cancel all or part of the order.   

Responsibility will not be accepted for consequential loss or damage occasioned by errors or delay in delivery.

European Delivery

Our standard European delivery service is charged at a flat rate of £20. This service is offered to Europe (includes EU countries, Eastern Europe and Russia. See Below)

We aim to deliver to Western European destinations within three working days and Eastern Europe within five days. Do note that these times are given by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. This charge applies to all orders under 2kg. If you have an exceptional order that is over 2kg, then it will be sent by Parcel Force. In these circumstances, one of our party team will contact you immediately to let you know how we can proceed with your order. Delivery in these circumstances will be charged at cost.

Overseas 'Rest of World' delivery

In fairness to our overseas customers, we have made the decision that all international orders to our 'Rest of World' category are supplied where the carriage is charged at cost.

Your order will only show the total cost of the goods and this amount will be taken in payment through our payment service provider HSBC. The cost of postage will be shown as a '0'. If you indicate on the order when the goods are required and supply a contact email address and telephone number, we will contact you to let you know the delivery options and cost of carriage. We would then require your payment details in the form of a credit or debit card to take payment for the cost of the carriage.
