Delivery

Standard delivery

Our standard carriage cost is £3.95 for a 3-4 day delivery service to mainland United Kingdom addresses. Please note that is a non guaranteed service.

We dispatch via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or our own courier, depending on the size of the order and how soon it is required.

Urgent delivery

If your party goods are required urgently for a particular event they can be dispatched via a guaranteed delivery service using Royal Mail or our courier on a next day basis for a cost of £7.95. The order needs to be with us before 1pm to ensure delivery the next working day. The service is a signed for service and operates Monday-Friday.

Please note that orders received on a Friday cannot normally be guaranteed for delivery on Saturday. Please contact us via phone on 01202 764821 if your order is required for a Saturday delivery.

Please let us know if goods are required by a certain date. If for any reason we cannot deliver the order in time, we will contact you and you will then have the option to cancel all or part of the order.

Responsibility will not be accepted for consequential loss or damage occasioned by errors or delay in delivery.

Overseas delivery

In fairness to our overseas customers, we have made the decision that all international orders are supplied where the carriage is charged at cost.

Your order will only show the total cost of the goods and this amount will be taken in payment through our payment service provider HSBC. The cost of postage will be shown as a '0'. If you indicate on the order when the goods are required and supply a contact email address and telephone number, we will contact you to let you know the delivery options and cost of carriage. We would then require your payment details in the form of a credit or debit card to take payment for the cost of the carriage.
