Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be redirected to a page where we will need a few general details in order for us to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept debit card payments and credit card payments via Visa and Maestro and you will be directed to a secure page where our payment service provider will take your payment details. Please note we do not accept American Express.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship and back ordered items are not charged for until they are shipped.

We reserve the right to decide when a contract with a customer is formed. We are not bound to supply the goods ordered until the order is accepted by us, that is until the goods are picked awaiting dispatch and payment is taken.

All orders must be paid for before we can dispatch them. Prices are effective from January, and orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted, to take account of changes in our costs. Your consumer's statutory rights are not affected.

We choose our stock carefully, only carrying those lines which we consider to be up to our high standards. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer guarantees.

We reserve the right to alter details or designs of products illustrated without notice. If items are out of stock, we may suggest alternatives which are similar in design, colour, size, value etc. It is therefore essential that we have your day time telephone/fax number or email address so that we can contact you.

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods. Notification must be in writing and the goods should be returned in a new condition, unused or unworn and in the original packaging. The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibilty for returned goods if they are lost in transit to us. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain a free Proof of Posting Certificate or adequately insure the goods against lose. A full refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation.

VAT at the current rate is included in all prices where appropriate.
